Telly TalkA new way of contacting Citizens Advice Shropshire: Telly Talk
If you cannot make it to one of our locations, using a television link might be an option for you. You can speak face to face with an advisor on a screen who will help you with your enquiry.
You do not need to know anything about computers as the advisor does everything for you. It is designed to be very user friendly. All you have to do is touch a button on a TV screen and the adviser does the rest.
You might need to book in advance. Either call Shropshire Council on 01743 210364 or speak to someone at the venue. For some enquiries you may need to bring some documents with you. When you call the advisor will tell you what you need to bring.
You can find Telly Talk points across Shropshire at the following locations:
St Martin's Community Centre
Gobowen Library
Ruyton XI Towns
Castlefields Cyber Cafe, Shrewsbury
Albrighton Library
Chirbury Post Office
Belmont Garage, Bucknell
Market Hall, Cleobury Mortimer
Telly Talk can also be used to contact Shropshire Council, Age Concern, Severnside Housing, South Shropshire Housing Association, Next Step, and A4U.
